applicant/ user does not join us, Mercari Group stores the applicant’s/ user’s
personal information for a certain period to the extent necessary for improving
our recruitment processes, providing information to applicants/ users regarding
employment opportunities and events being conducted by Mercari Group, etc.
7. Retention period
We will keep your Personal
Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes that we
collected it for. However, we take steps to regularly review our information to
ensure that we are not holding excessive Personal Information for longer than is
